I Got this email from Nvidia it was worth a LOL

So yeah Nividia has some good bait to try to sell off their old cards. I guess it might be tempting.

Nvidia need to drop the 580 prices even lower methinks. They retail for about 90-100% the cost of vanilla 670's but get their ass kicked by them. At the current prices, unless you do compute work, the 580 is a terrible card compared to the 670.

I'm seeing the 570 at 250 after rebates on the egg. With this game I think it's a good deal. Of course that doesn't apply to where I live where a 570 is still going for the equivalent of 400$.

Wish I'd gotten an email like that, because instead I recently got one from Nvidia that warned anyone who'd registered on their forum to change password on any other site you've used the same password on because someone hacked in and got info from their site. And here I was thinking Nvidia was more responsible than Sony.
