Not a bad deal for someone with a budget of around $360 usd + S&H. Don't have to deal with any MIR. It's a reference cooler that stays cool but the the fan can get loud above 50%. If that's not an issue for anyone, this looks to be a good bundle deal at Tiger Direct / COMP USA.
