Catalyst 12.6 not detecting HD4670

I tried to install the HIS IceQ 4670 AGP edition and catalyst 12.6 did not had drivers for it neither detected it. It only installed AMD Eagle vision software that's it! Installed in Windows 7 Pro 64bits.
Went with 12.4 Beta and it worked. I wondered if I should stay with this version since it's Beta or go with the older one just before that which is not a Beta driver?

Thank you!

Well Cat 12.6 also didn't detect my HD6230 graphic in my notebook. Use Cat 12.8 instead, this thing at least works...

The link above is correct. Recent ATI/AMD AGP cards have always used an offshoot driver rather than the main catalyst drivers. I believe it's due to the PCIE-AGP Bridge chip.
