I've never seen anything you can buy that way. Most all in ones like iMacs are built custom stuff with parts similar to laptops. Easiest way to do it would be to do one of the following:

1. Mount an LCD to the side of a standard computer (ghetto mod FTW)
2. Buy a monitor that has holes for a VESA mount and use a bracket to attach a case to it (works best with a ultra small system like mITX or smaller)
3. Build you own case for a monitor/computer out of plastic, metal or whatever you can work with
4. buy an iMac or HP/Asus all in one PC

That's what I meant: MSI not Asus. I don't think I've seen an Asus one at least.

There're three ways around it:

1. DIY, like Luciel did: http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=154385

2. Buy a thin ITX AIO "case" and stick a thin ITX board inside:
http://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/e...=thin+mini+itx
There are models with touchscreens too: http://download.intel.com/support/mo...entcatalog.pdf

3. Buy a mini ITX case with VESA mount support.
