Asus or MSI for GTX 660ti

I am planning on buying a GeForce 660ti... Should I buy the ASUS GTX 660 Ti DirectCU II TOP or the MSI GTX 660 Ti Power Edition Graphics Card?

Asus if you can. The cooler is a tad more silent then the MSI's, and the clocks are higher out of the box. I have the MSI one and I'm very happy with it, so..your pick.

As I already tried Asus 670 DCII, the fan is dead silent but the overall gaming/cooling performance is on par with Galaxy 670GC (my current card). Therefore if your first concern is fan noise, then go for Asus. If not, pick what ever you like since the performance should be in the same level. I don't recommend Asus for later because it is usually more expensive than other brands.

These two were my 1st and 2nd choices... but I ended up getting a Palit Jetstream as MSI was not available that time and Asus was way too overpriced here in my country...
