could moderator minimize someone that just crapping post? just like write just a letter and not related to topic at all

No need to open a whole new thread for this really, however the issue has gone away, he was a spammer about to happen, I have been keeping an eye on him for a while now.

On the case gallery, it should MAKE you comment on why you voted the number that you do in order to slow down some spammers. This would allow mods to clearly mark possible spammers. Also It would be nice to have the case gallery require ATLEAST 5 posts to make a new gallery. I have seen MANY 0 post people giving low scores for no reason.
