Kuhler 620 vs H60

Which of these is a better deal? I can get the 620 for about 150 pesos ($12) less than the H60. Is the H60 worth the extra money? Would any of those be enough to cool a, let's say, 3770K at 4Ghz? I currently have a 2320 but I'd like to have some headroom.

I didn't find a review comparing those two so I'm a little lost.

The two are functionally identical. Both cool almost identically. It's basically which brand and which look you prefer. I have the Kuhler H2O-620 on my i7-860 and it works very well

huh? Why wouldn't we be able to get decent parts? Granted, there's no newegg down here, selection isn't as wide and everything costs more (blame customs) but still
