USB 3.0 Header 20-pin problems

Hello i have a problem. I can't use my front USB 3.0 port because i have not 20-pin on my motherboard. so the 20-pin is left hanging but i want to put it to good use so what adapter (cable or pci) would i need?

I presume the pci option so i can slot it in, plug the 20-pin into it to power the front 3.0 and have some extra 3.0's at the back?

Or maybe this?

Lian Li PW-IO2AH100 USB 3.0 (20pin) Header to USB 2.0 Header

I bought one recently since I have 4 front USB 3.0 ports, and my motherboard only had 1 20-pin header.
