[MUGEN HELP] IfElse & VelMul

Not Sure anyone here know about MUGEN Coding but my only hope to get help.

First about IfElse trigger.
I know how to use it but i am getting an problem in it.
when i try to do an transformation in my WIP Character it just Crashes.

I am using VarSet to set Variable 20 to 0 at the start of the fight, and VarSet to set 20 to anything exept 0 to transform it when i do the taunt.

and i am using this code to change the Anim

anim = ifelse(var(10),0,0,1)

This simply says that if the variable10 is 0 play 0 anim if not then play 1.

Now the VelMul
I am trying to use this to add friction, but not sure which trigger will be good.

I am using this right now.

trigger1 = time%5 = 1

But this effect very less.

if i use time%4 = 1 then it effects too much, which disable my VelSet.

Thanks
