HD 6950 1 Gb powercolor,,, Pretty Fast For 1 Gb model

I Ran 3D Mark 11 , and Here's my score.
I Feel like I Really lucked out with this Particular Card.
It's my 6th 6950 , since I was a Ebay Buyer, I would buy ,Try , Sell, till I liked one.
I ended up with my current one , I did want more Vram although I couldn't ignore it's Performance.
I've owned, XFX , 2Gb powercolor , sapphire, and a few I cant remember.
Why are some faster than others?
And is this overclock a Common result for these Card's @ such Low temp's??
Full 3DMark 11 on Stock Fan Shroud
@ start of 24 Celcius to Finish @ 61.4 Celcius.
