Graphic Card Choice
Hi Guys, i need your help, i have 500usd for a graphic card and, i find this card's (AMD Radeon Asus HD 7970 Matrix Platinum) and (NVIDIA Geforce MSI GTX 680 Lightning) as the same price, and two card look cool/beautiful/nice, both are the best of the best and high end cards, question: ¿What is the best choice? Thanks!

I got a crazy 40% overclock on my 7950, i guess it depends on whether or not you want to overclock.

That's the one with all the voltages locked out I wouldn't go with it.
XFX Double D FX797GTDFC Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition... SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100351VXSR Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edi... I would look at one of those two.

I dont see the point in such monster cards for 'normal' people. Those cards were made for extreme overclocking and for the most part under ambient temperature, do not overclock much more than a lower priced model. They tend to flex their muscle under sub zero.
That out of the way, I like cdawall's selections. |
