building a ITX rig or matx

so far i've never built a itx rig before the last one i built as a lan party rig was a m-atx.

but right now i'm thinking of making a smaller size gaming machine was using the nzxt vulcan

housed inside are amd phenom II and a asus mobo with 4gb ram, and a 6670. so now I'm itching of trying out on building an ivy or trinity using a smaller form factor if not then maybe a matx again, but so far still can't decide on any case atm.

Budget: 650$-850$ max
Brand: AMD or Intel for cpu doesn't matter I like both.
GPU Brand: AMD or Nvidia doesn't matter best bang for buck for lan party
Monitor: 1920x1080
things don't need: monitor,os,mouse,mouse pad,keyboard, and other stuff just the case and what's inside is needed.
graphics quality: don't mind it being medium or high or mixed with medium and high just so long as not low.

edit: btw I would like to build it with the latest processor if possible

3220+7770+Coolermaster 120+mITX H77 also works.

You have a lot of flexibility with that budget.
