Help choose Motherboard -

AsRock Z77 Extreme6

or

Asus P8Z77-V LK

For Intel i7 3770k.

I have:
1. RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4+4) 1600MHz DDR3
2. GPU: MSI GTX680 Twin Frozr III OC
3. PSU: Thermaltake SMART 750W Modular
4. Cooler: Zalman 9700 LED

Plan on overclocking a little bit.

Extreme6. The P8Z77-V is a "Value" (i.e. gimped) ASUS board.

Asus is 17k in my local currency and AsRock is 18k.

I can see AsRock has more features and I like it, but never used AsRock before... so worried about quality. All my past motherboards has been Asus. If the quality is okay, I will go for AsRock.

AsRock quality has increased dramatically over the past couple years. AsRock boards are just as good as ASUS boards these days.

I would go ASRock over ASUS, its a personal preference cause Every ASRock board I have owned has been solid as a rock and OCed very well even lower end boards.

My Asrock 785G was one of the best budget boards I have ever owned from AMD side.

Indeed, several boards have that for "additional stabilty when using multiple gpus"

We don't have that many options here.
The other motherboard which is available here is the Asus Sabertooth Z77. There are also some Gigabyte boards, but all low end.

I have a Z77 Extreme6 and 3770K showing up in a day or two to replace my Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 and 2600K. ASRock boards may not be polished but I like all the little features and ports they have which other manufacturers like to omit, and they are relatively cheap. We'll see how my new setup runs (and mind you the 2600K/Z68 setup is replacing my Bulldozer rig that I am upgrading my parents PC with.)

Even my budget Z68 AsRock board is rock solid. Z68M/USB3, by far the cheapest Z68 motherboard available.
