nice review, thanks! but seriously, you should take a look at sandisk extreme usb3 32gb/64gb, the write speed is awesome, touching 100Mbps and above!

The write speeds are really dissapointing, close to USB 2.0 limits. Probably should have dinged more for that.

Nice review!
However, I was wondering wether you could include things like random read/write in there if possible. It would be nice to see how a drive like this would perform with for an instance windows8's new portable function and stuff. Just a suggestion

Indeed. I am looking at a USB 3.0 stick for a Linux boot drive for my main m-itx rig.

Corsair sent me a 64GB drive to review for newegg and its much faster, and cheaper on sale.

comparison to sandisk extreme usb3.0 flashdrive
take a look at this. this is an amazing product. the 64gb version is even better.

USB 3.0 has so much potential for high speed USB data storage. I have so many USB 2.0 SD cards/readers/thumb drives and as much as I am interested in buying a USB 3.0 drive like the Patriot RAGE I feel like waiting for something faster. USB 3.0 speed is so much faster then this.
