The game is currently in closed Alpha testing. I expect the Beta to start around the end of the month. Pre-orders currently cost $25 and include beta access, I believe the price after release to be $30. They are currently running a special on 4 pack pre-orders:

Meh, more like Rage meets Brink, and a definite turn off for me. Just the fact that their goal is only $15,000 is a sign it'll be value game quality at best.

Meh was the 1st thing i thought, i guess putting Mad Max in the title ruined it for me as i would love to see a pc game called Mad Max.

Ravaged developers on TeamPlayer podcast.

On it they say they are planning to upload the beta to Steam this weekend, them after some download/install testing, start sending out beta keys.

If you want to try out the Ravaged beta for free, follow 2Dawn on twitter to see many different outlets where you can obtain a beta key.

Or if you run a YouTube channel, or a decent sized clan, contact them for some keys so you can do your own giveaway.

They are giving out keys like candy. The keys will be good for the rest of the beta (they are targeting an end of August release), and maybe for some time after release.

i played it for about 4-5 mins will give it more play later, really big maps, gameplay felt kinda clunky. almost reminded me of rage kinda atmosphere.might be a good game, was a bit rough to pick up right away and get into it. coming from a bf background.
