mobo help

im going to be upgrading my rig from i5 760 to 3570k but what mobo do you suggest? i thinking of asus sabertooth.
Id like sata 6g for my ssd on board usb3 to connect my front usb slots (have nzxt phantom 410) has to have sli for my 2 460 2gbs.
Also i have G-Skill XL Ripjaws X will they work ok with ivy bridge?

also looking to raid 2 ssd. has a 1tb hdd 2 dvd drives.
Currently have OCZ OCZ700MXSP ModXStream Pro 700W
Would that power the new mobo processor and extra gfx card ok?

System Specs

If it did it with the i5 760, it'll do it with the 3570k. The 3570k uses less electricity compared to the 760, so your power requirements will actually drop from your current set-up.

I haven't put the 2nd gtx 460 in yet or 2nd ssd. My mobo now doesn't support sli

Ok, well I'd be kinda leary about it. 750 is the lowest I would comfortably attemp that with. I've ran a pair of 5870 cards with my current 750 watt psu.(2600k in system specs)
