If it's new... it shouldn't need to be calibrated. I've been using mine for 3+ years and never calibrated it.

I don't know how well Darksiders 2 supports X-box 360 controllers. I recommend you try to use X-padder. It

I use it with my X-box 360 controller and it works great for me.

For 10$ its worth the price.

After i posted this i tried some other games and found it repeats same behavior at other games , if i use left stick to move forward something assigned to right trigger fired/used . Btw darksiders2 support xbox360 controller natively , im trying not to use any other software if possible for now btw.

If calibration unnecessary what is the problem, wireless receiver ? Or controller ?Anybody seen similar problem ?

Download XBC or whatever the hell it's called. Windows 7 automatically downloads a driver of sorts, and this other thing, XBLA or something i dont remember the name, runs in the background for you. I have a totally non-legit xbox 360 controller from hong kong and it works perfectly with official drivers, and tried it out on darksiders 2 and it worked perfect except for analogue left stick to top left - character walks instead of running. And Viking battle for asgard the controls are messed up in the game, but no the drivers fault.
Google searchh xbxo 360 driver, and its XBxxxxxx something, somebody will correct me

You calibrate it by turning it off and turning it back on without touching anything except the Xbox logo. It zeros all the inputs when it first comes on.

It sounds to me like the devs screwed up on their bindings. I'd go into the game's control config and see if I can redefine it correctly.
