how to change face in picture?

Above is the example...my friend did that..now i'm not able to contact him..

I want to do similar thing in another photo..replacing face...how can i do that?

example..i want to replace my face in following picture and also replace text House with my name..

can anyone help with that?

Simple and easy is relative, it depends on how quickly you're willing or capable of learning. It takes patience, but tech requirements are pretty low. Like photoshop though, there are plenty of things that are less "simple and easy" inside GIMP.

Doing it right is actually going to require more advanced skills, unless there is a plugin that does it for you.

I suggest instead of wasting time learning it, to give the guys in the photoshop clubhouse the job.
