BSoD with nv4_disp.dll when attempting the Render Test

I have this issue too, using the latest Gpu-Z 0.6.6.
nforce4 (MCP61) XPsp3 system
Athlon X2 4800+
Geforce 7900 GS PCI-e

I tried drivers 301.24 and the latest 306.81 (which is the final for the 7xxx series). No issues with any other hardware-accelerated software or games; and nothing is overclocked. As soon as I click the 'Start Render Test' button, I get the BSoD with nv4_disp.dll. I probably have never run the Render Test on this machine (my moms), but seems like a problem. Any ideas W1zzard? Btw, thanks for the years of work and support on Gpu-Z! Its been one of my primary system build programs for years. Anyway, if this helps, the validation ID is dy4ra.
