acer aspire 5739g (gt 240M) gpu bios

dear TPuppers,

can you build a gpu bios (nvidia gt240m) for my aspire 5739g
the stock one is letting my laptop crash during game play. (due to overheating)
since its an integrated chip we can't replace / upgrade cooling.

new bios needs to be underclocked and undervolted.
how can i export the current bios so you can modifi this one ?

thanx !! have a great 2013

use the Nvidia Display panel to underclock you. This isn;t really the right forum to ask for modified Bios. Maybe someone else could point you to another, but afaik there aren;t many people who would be able/willing to do what you need.

Use gpu z to dump the gpu bios but if you have a warranty i advise to use use it.
And always make sure the coolers (of whatever) are clean of dust.

sounds like the hsf isnt making propper contact... i'd check/redo the thermal paste... you might be better off returning the laptop... there are a few people who come here that might have a look at that bios for you...
infact bagslash could be a contender....
