NZXT Havik 140 Fan Mounts

Looking to pick up a set of the 140mm fan mounts for the Havik 140. I sent an email through the NZXT website requesting how to get them and PMd one of the NZXT representatives here @ TPU, but haven't got a response from either and its been a couple weeks now.

If anyone at NZXT can help me get these fan mounts I would really appreciate it. I'm always buying NZXT products, but this is the first time I have had to contact your support team. The lack of communication so far is not really what I was expecting from you guys.

Thanks for any info.

I have to assume you snapped the end off of them?
I do recall this issue, and there is a ghetto fix. I remember tying a knot in one end, and stretching the fan clip, it seemed to work for a while. As for why they wont reply to you, I have no idea, but I am off to look and see if I can find other rubber straps somewhere to replace them with.

Maybe run these through the fans, then tie the ends together?

I thought there was an NZXT rep around here on the forums?
Toss them a PM and see what happens.

@SP- the mounts are gone gone, not broken, unfortunately. I think I may consider 'zip tie screws.'

@ Sinzia- already PMd one of the reps with no reply.

Customer service so far is very disappointing, thankfully this isn't a mission critical component- couldn't imagine waiting 2+ weeks for an initial response if this were something like a Hale PSU.

Will take a look around this side of the pond see if I can come up with anything. Zip ties are not pretty but they definitely work.

Have you been PM'ing XNine? He's the rep that's helped me with things as minor as a bad case fan. Normally get a reply in less than 12 hours.

Although, with the holidays and all, they might be a bit busy right now.

Update: Still no mounts.

NZXT decided they would send me new mounts at no cost, which was great but then I was informed they were OOS but shipping soon. 3 weeks later, no news.

I figure CES '13 is taking up a lot of their time, but with their reps posting on other forums I figure they would at least answer my messages with some update rather than ignore them.
