Will Asus Xonar DX PICE-E 7.1 work with this motherboard

I'm currently on a Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 and I am considering on buying the Asus Xonar DX PICE-E to go with my Astro A40 headset.

System Specs

Yes. Plug it into a PCI-E slot, turn it on and install the drivers. You can then disable your onboard sound in the bios and plug your A40's into the sound card.
