Help choosing GPU

Hello, I currently own and intel core I3-2105 (Sandybridge) cpu. My radeon 6870 went bad and I am looking to use my tax check to update my system. I was wondering if i got a GTX 660ti if I would have a cpu bottleneck issue. I play a lot of demanding games and will be getting some in the future. Games such as AC3, Skyrim, BF3, The total war games, Far cry 3, Crysis 3, crysis 2, and borderlands 2. I want to know if I get the graphics card if I will be able to play these games on thier maximum settings, 1080p?
My System Specs:
Intel Core I3-2105
4GB ram Ripjaws
850W PSU
Windows 8 64bit.
I dont have a lot of money to work with but what do you suggest to up my system? I have about $300.

850w psu wtf??? maybe sell/trade and get a 500w then you'll have $350 to play with?
best thing you can do is another 4GB of RAM($20), 7850 or 560 ti($150-175), 120 GB SSD($80-90)
Amazon or newegg is pretty good place to find deals. Be patient.
