Please make sure to also post your honest experience about the problem with the anti-virus software that you have if you have experienced this major problem..

Remember.... This must have been a widespread problem documented in the media.

Just google "avg faulty update" and you'll get lots of articles on different issues. Haven;t heard of many issues with other AV programs.

Issue 1 - deletes files making windows 7 unbootable
Issue 2 - flags adobe software as viruses
Issue 3 - Breaks iTunes

All antiviruses got fucked up several times.
