From the card size and 8/6pin layout it does, but some cards have additional caps and board layouts on occasion, which is why I am asking if he knows that is ref. or non ref.
So many manufactures now redesign the card layouts it can be hit or miss.

My Buddy is looking for a GTX670 with 680 PCB, so if this is ref. layout my buddy may be interested.

bump for a great card if i had the cash id buy it now. Also from what im aware its a slightly stripped down 680 PCB you can from the length of the card

Galaxy EVGA GIGabyte have 680 PCB 670s with reference coolers. The difference is i think 1 vrm phase is missing on all of them regardless its a good card.
