Need USB key password software

Hi. As title says I need a software to code and protect my usb key informations. I will be putting personnal infos on it and bring it to my key set with car and house keys.

I will change the usb name for My first name and cell phone number so person finding it can call me in case of lost. The rest I want it protected.

Maybe even a split key protector. I could choose how many memory i want protected and how many i want free access to people.

Thx

Encrypted Zip file? Then however much space you need encrypted it will use(and even save some space by compressing things), and the rest of the drive you can use normally.

Otherwise Truecrypt is a great option.
