gt540m BIOS

Hi!
On the beginning i want to sorry for my language

I want to overclock my gt540m 2GB and here starts the problem. I don't know how to extract GPU bios frome whole notebook bios. Any solutions?
OH! My notebook is PackardBell Easynote TSX66HR.

GPU-z has an option to save the BIOS of a video card. But before doing anything with the BIOS for the card, I would see if RivaTuner or one of the other major graphics card overclocking programs will support it.

Oh, i know i can save BIOS with GPU-Z but there is a message "Bios reading not supported on this device". Overclocking programs like MSI Afterburner are supporting my GPU but i want to overvolt it - it's the reason why i want to extract GPU bios.
