Thinking about going away from 5.1 and going back the old way
I thinking about going with 4 CLSC-15 15" 3-Way Tower 2 of these for the sides CLSC-10 10" 3-Way Tower and two of these for front and back Way Center Channel
4 ![]() 2 ![]() 2 ![]() Now what amplifier would I need to amp something like this? |

How many watts total would that be?
Are you trying to go 8.1 Surround Sound? Why not just go 7.1 or 9.1, unless you want a 9.1 reciever and just use 8 instead of 9. |

Where would the 9th go and why would a need a .1 to make it a 10 set? 4 for left and right on front and rear, 2 for sides, and 2 for Center in the front and rear.
I'm thinking 250 watts a peaces so about 2000 watts give or take. I want my gaming to feel real, I'm thinking about Turing the Garage into a theater/ PC game room. I live in the middle of no where so I could crank it as load as I wanted to. |

Well, I'm just saying since the .1 is for subs (usually) but I can see that those speakers can give off quite an amount of bass.
Like for my setup(s) for example, one Polk Audio Center, 2 Floorstanding side (L and R), 4 FloorStanding Rear (Surround R and L, Back R and L) and a 12" Sub. So 7.1 surround sound. I didn't quite understand how you wanted to setup your speakers at first, but now I do. |
