Connecting Xbox to pc problems

Trying to connect my pc to the xbox and get it running using the pc's adapter. Problem is, I have the connection bridged but since its bridged, there is no sharing tab under the wireless adapter . It just shows networking. What can I do to fix this? When I started my xbox, the Ethernet adapter came up with a probelm saying "IP does not have a valid Ethernet connection" Im guessing this is because I cant share. And I cant share because of some stupid reason. I remember before I bridged the connection, that it had the sharing tab. How do I get it back now?
On the network Connections window it shows 1. Ethernet and 2. Wifi dd-wrt, Bridged.
But thing is I still have connection to the internet on my computer.
