System Specs

confused by atitray bench test

x800gto (agp) overclocked to 430/535 was giving me benchmarks from atitray tools of 4300ish....did some updates...(went from omega drivers to normal ati catalyst drivers then updated to the most recent version of ati tray), and now i'm only scoring about 3500ish....are omega drivers really that much better for an older card like mine...or do the newer versions of atitray increase the demand on the card for benchmarks.....i'm very confused

Omega driver is modified driver with target to improve performance compare to normal ati catalyst driver.

To bad, it is installed ATI tray tool, release also lag behind ati catalyst driver. So I stick to normal ati catalyst driver.

Regards,
Arto.
