X800xl (Sapphire 512Mb w/ noisy x850 cooler) need Arctic cooling!

Hey all, just wondered if anyone knew how much space around the top of this card this cooler needs.

I'm using the X-QPack case so it's tight in there!

Also wondered if any1 has squeezed a bigger cooler on an x850 or x800xl in a similar case, before I waste my money on sumthin I can't use

Arctic cooling website has a template and measurements listed about the cooler height. It is on their website.

Should check it out.

i put an artic cooler in my digidice computer...i had to put the card in without any cooler, then attach the AC on while the card was in the comp

...yes it was bad

Yeah check the specs on AC site, it will help

Cheers guys but the site makes no mention of the height of the backplate nor the distance it sticks out from the card :S

If it's like the backplate on the AT5, then it sticks out from the back about 1 or 2 inches, and sticks up about half an inch from the top edge of the card.
