System Specs

Intel, like AMD, cuts CPU prices.

Among the most notable changes are the price cuts to budget CPU's like the Celeron D series. Intel's Celeron D's should be cut by anywhere between eight and twenty two percent. The Celeron M's also got major price cuts, with the Celeron M 440 and 450 - clocked at 1.86GHz and 2GHz, respectively. The 440's price was cut by 36 per cent and the 450 was cut by 20 per cent, respectively. The Core Duo L2400 is getting a ten percent price cut, the Pentium 915 will be cut by 15%, and the Pentium 820 will be cut by 18%.
