0.24 Beta 1
- Added option to control artifact detection sensitivity
- Fixed memory timings editor's MEM_TRFC extra options with garbled characters after the list of correct options - Added option "Beep on artifact" - Default profile always in list, even when profiles.ini does not exist - Fixed crash issue when opening Memory Timings Editor window more than once - When multiple ATI cards are installed, you can now select the one to use - Crash issues when returning from standby/hibernate with Catalyst 4.8+ fixed - Fan control is restored correctly when returning from standby/hibernate - Completely rewritten Kernel Mode Driver, it's no longer a legacy NT4-style driver Please test thoroughly AMD64 testing is needed (my test system is gone) Multi-ATI card testing is needed (got no ATI PCI card, MATROX!! )Please play with the different artifact detection sensitivity settings (is the range of settings there ok, do we need more "higher oc, less artifacts" settings?) oh and bumped the version number a bit .. we gotta get rid of all those 0's Last edited by W1zzard; Feb 3, 2005 at 12:33 PM. |

at the moment you always have to reboot when changing the adapter ... it should remember the selected adapter unless you change it again

I think this prog works very fine. Some bugs are possible, but if no one tell it to W1zzard, he canīt get them off.

Any chance of a '-20c' option for the core temp, W1zzard?
![]() The temp values are also still showing "0" (probe) and "20.x" (core) under load on a 9800XT. :/ |

Morrowind doesn't load up with ATI Tool running, this beta version and .23 version.
Edit: Well, once I installed both expansion packs, Tribunal and Bloodmoon, it loaded with ATI Tool running. Last edited by flunders; Jan 23, 2005 at 10:49 PM. |

Getting a weird "Ati card not found in system" error with my X800TX PE (AGP)
This happens on every reboot if I uninstall/reinstall ATItool, then it works fine, but as soon as I reboot I get the error Am Using the new ati catalyst 5.1's Ah well... maybe back to 0.23 for me... will see. cheers Andrew |
