Unhappy X1900xtx

how come my 1900XTX dosent work with ATI tool (latest stable version) its not detecting the card (yes its installed correctly). I want to change the fan settings and there is no drop down menu.

Help.

System Specs

Stupid question - did you intall the Catalyst drivers? You need to do that first.
