Selling Windows Vista home premium upgrade

Do you believe i can sell the upgrade disk unopened for about $120 when it comes out since i bought a laptop and will the free dvd-albeit shipping/handling cost.

There'll probibly be some clause somewhere in the terms that says you can't do it

Legal? Possibly. Feasible? Of course. Great deal? Sure is. Will they put some sort of "only <insert OEM manufacturer name here> computers can install this" thing in? It's been done before. Test it on some test rig that isn't made by an OEM, uninstall, then sell for $120. I'd be very happy to buy it at that price (unless newegg has a better deal)
