Total noob at OCing RAM & CPU, need help

Hey guys, I need help in OCing some Kingston PC3200 DDR400 512RAM and my 3.2Ghz Northwood, apparently I've installed cheapo copper heatspreaders on the RAM modules. How do I overclock RAM? (This is for overclocking the CPU).
The CPU has a copper zalman imatation generic flower shaped fan with heatpipes so the CPU would be fine.

Tips please?
