Asus board and safe mode?

Can anyone tell ho i can get into safe mode with my Asus board?
I have searched the manual but cant find it.

all i did was whenit started to load windows i turnd my psu off and then back on and then pushed the power button and then it came up with the screen with all the start options on it

System Specs

Ok - on my ASUS you can select the boot menu by tapping F8, it might be different on yours. Once that menu comes up, keep one finger ready to tap that F8 key some more, and use your other hand to select the hard drive windows is on. After that, get tapping again and the windows message should come up. But I used to use DR. Death's way too, works as well but with a slight risk of corruption.
