For over a year they have been bullshiting us with their propoganda telling us that only nVidia products are good enough for Vista, specifically their slogan "buy an Geforce graphics card for a Premium vista experience" and now they cant even deliver a good experience? This is just too much.
And I actually emailed them asking them why they claim that only "Geforce" graphics cards will deliver a "premium" vista experience while ATI cards wont, and they never responded.
nVidia has alwasy been big on propoganda, much more than ATI and if it works, then there is no point for the human race anymore.

glad ya got that right
XP pwnz Vista for now, but situations may change after 2008 and fatal in 2009, cuz 2008 we'll see more use of vista to desktops, 2009 XP will be discontinued.
Oh well, upto then we'll have uber specs

well, ms is kinda unpredictable. they may make some os which will blow up ppl's minds again.
Here's my thought : If Vista woudn't have come/or come later, most of the pc's in the world would've been weak, except for enthusiasts and gamers. How many ppl agree w/ this ?

the only weak systems today are the p4/pd(netburst) systems IMHO, and they are even being sold with vista now.

vista is bloated DRM crap, maby somebody will crack the DRM and make a nice version that wont screw up playback of audio/video content if you dont have hollywood approved hardware.

ya but, millions of ppl had just upgraded their pc's to vista's recommended specs just to run it, this helped maintain the pc performance ratio all over the world.
And, also a gamer's only vista should be made for gamers, which sm1 will surely do

its just xp after alot of extra dev, its what they based 64bit xp off of and vista off of(tho they bloated the shit out of vista)

it can look exectly like xp tho i dissable themes and use classic menues/desktop because i personaly feel the xp ones look like "fisherprice my first pc"

2003 uses xp/2k drivers, uses less resorces, runs faster, is far more stable, it has to be its a server os
