damn, how did you run that overclocking? ... you should set less core/memory MHz!
Your cube should be WITHOUT ANY yellow dots - on your photo everything's yellow

info about ATI Tool: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=2336 <-- ask here

System Specs

9600xt defaults at 500mhz core right? that means go down on your memory! I'm guessing it can't handle much over it's 300 default.

The funy thing is, it used to be able to oc just before i sp2'd. To something like 550/350. Without a single artifact. After I clean installed sp2, and as soon as i installed ati tool, I got the yellow screen. When its not finding max memory/core, the cube spins naturally though.

Im thinking of replacing it for a 6600. Your opinions?

I found the error and solution. I must give credit to the latest beta ati tool. It was sp2 enabling alterante pixel center that caused corruption. I will post this here just in case future guys have a problem with it.

Ati control panel>3d>compatibility>disable alternate pixel centre.
