is it afe to run my memory at this speed ?

ok got 2gb corsair xms memory yesterday its rated at 667 5.5.5.15 ive got my fsb set to 224 with a ram divider of 3:4 giving my ram 298mhz (ddr2 600?) im running at 3.3.3.9 and it flys, ive nearly doubled my read and write speeds with these timings compared to spd, is it safe to run it at these speeds, i had a quick go of cod2 today and f.e.a.r and had no problems at all, what do you guys think?
