Gigabyte 965p motherboards S & D

Does anyone know what the difference between the GA-965P-DS3 and the GA-965P-S3 ?
The S3 is less than 20 dollars in price but looking at their specs they appear to be the same ... ??

Thanks in advance ..

The DS3 has more solid caps, they appear to have a longer lifetime, I have a DS3

None at all, good quality board, cant get FSB higher than 480, but I think that is more down to my ram, the lowest divider is 2, so it tops the ram out @ DDR960!

Mine is a rev 1 board I think they are on to rev 3 now, chipset gets quite hot, but if you active cool it you will beable to push it hard!

Hope that helps
