Wow.
They make a free spell check for firefox. But. AS5 is capacitive, and could have done much more damage. I just reset the heatsink on my graphics card and used MX1, I believe it is non conductive, and much safer to use on close components.

I followed the first one, and all I got from the second was that he got some paste on the pins....

No one asked you.
I have as of yet to use it. Just non conductive? MX1 spreads like shit, so it kinda sucked trying to get a coat on the mofset heatsink, it was the one I redid. I ended up putting a thin film on then little drops of paste on each mofset.

yeah, it spreads a lot easier than MX1. I hate that stuff! Don't get me wrong, it works great, but the application of the damn stuff is a nightmare!

Hey Curt, if you are applying AS5 to your memory chips (which I would never do), only apply a very very small amount to each chip and never get it on any metal parts. Otherwise just use the ceramique, or find some thermal conductive tape.

if you've already applied the paste and it's working ok, stop re-doing it!! You've got more chance of of damaging them.
