Best cooling (x800pro256-VIVO)

I have the GeCube x800Pro256-VIVO card and i was wondering what is the best way to cool it since i want to clock it to 520/560. Some method that would cool the memory too because cooling it with air does not help the memory too much.
Is there any fan that cools the memory and gpu or do i have to go and watercool it.
If yes what watercooling system.
