Looks like you should be able to OC that CPU well, and get some more clocks out of that vid card. I have an ASUS P5B Deluxe...but the DS3 is known for good OC's...some of them not so much.

There are many guides...just type 6300OC in google, maybe add your MB to that search and you'll find a plethora of stuff to try.

If you are planning on OC-ing, it helps to upgrade your cooling. Make sure you have good, consistant airflow. Good cooling for CPU/Vid. I put an active cooler on my memory that helps dissapate heat from their sinks. It's a Corsair XMS Dominator Cooler, but it works well and is worth $20 to not fry your memory.

Currently at stock voltages I'm at 3.36. Here's my settings, they might help...

vCore - 1.35 (I droop .05, so that's 1.30v)
Memory Ratio - 1:1 (Set to 533 speed in bios when CPU is at stock speed (it has 266 stock quad pump speed)
FSB- 480
FSB v- 1.3
NB v- 1.25
SB v- 1.5
ICHv - auto
Mem - 2.25
Timings - 4-4-4-10

Check my system spec's if ya want more info!

I have my fans at medium speed, cpu fan set on performance mode in my bios so it modifies speed based on temps. Runs great and stable. I'm sure you can get a lot out of your system. Good luck, I'll check back to see how you're doing!
