New member seeking help

hi all
can anybody help me retrieve my original flash (radeon 9550),
i flashed my card with Gigabyte bios radeon 9600 using Gigabyte software (GV 1.8) vga_bios_gv-r96p256d_f2, I have the original flash in ROM form which could be used with flash ROM but when i try to flash my card i get error message saying that i gave to disable block protection

i would be very grateful if anyone can help me

there are shitload of bios files on that page, just choose your model and download it.

Thank you sir , i downloaded ATI bios for 9550 but when i tried to flash my card with flashrom i got an error message saying "error block protect not disabled"
the command was
flashrom -f -p 0 ati955~1.bin
waiting for a reply

well, i am not an expert on flashing cards, but if i recall correctly there is a command to force flash the card, don't ask me what it is, maybe someone else who has more knowledge on the topic can help you out...

just wait for a reply i guess ....

thank you mate i solve the problem
the flashing command must be
flashrom -p -sst 0 bios.bin -f
it works
