Problems powering TI PS 6800.

Hello!
I have an electronic address book Texas Instruments PS 6800 128 kb. It is an old little thing but it has a lot of important info on it. Resently when I tried to turn it on all I got was whole LCD went on (every pixel). It is just satys on like that and does not do anything else. Is there a way to fix this problem, or upload all the data on another memory device? Please help me if you can.
Thanks a lot.
Alex
