what mobo do i buy ?

must be skt 939 and accept ddr ram these are the only 2 things i am staying with from current setup. i want to buy a board that will support an 8800 series graphic card (sli) nvidia chipset, i do not intend to run 2 graphic cards one will do
amd it must also accomaodate ocz dual channel ddr ram gold series.

have been looking at the passive cooled asus a8n32 sli with the heat pipes read mostly good thing but a couple of bad things aswell re the cooling.
i have also found the other one of the above board that is fan cooled Asus A8N-SLI SE in link below which i can get for £60

i have about £90 uk pounds to spend but want to make the right cjhoice first time, i currently have an msi board k8n neo2 i like these boards and i have had gigabyte mobo's.

what can you guys recommend please
