Wierd Fan/Video Card "Issue" ?

Alright, this is really wierd... I added 3 x 80mm fans in my case.. and my video card FPS raised by atleast 40 fps :| My video card is the NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 256MB DDR PCI ... everytime I run CS, im getting around 100+ FPS now.. but sometimes I get choppy video.. anyone know the reason why? I'm sorta liking it but I just wanna know what's the reason haha

thanks

Sounds like the improved cooling turned out to bena fit your card.

initially I also thought the card would be heating up.. since it's an old model of GeForce, it doesn't have heat sensors. I ran PC Wizard 2007 and everything else seemed to be fine and then I even put my hand in and touched the card.. seemed normal.. warm though :-/ not hot really. Hopefully the cooling actually "helped" it without damaging it.. any thoughts? thanks
