Just a quick question regarding my 8800

Hi guys got a quick one im playing my pes6 game with my 8800 GTS card and i get all these wavy lines coming down the screen i had the same prob with my old ati x1300 and v sync sorted it out by enabling it but i cant find a vertical sync option in my river tuner setup anyone no how i can sort the prob out?
