System Specs

Nice CPU and mobo (damn thats expensive).

As for the RAM, you dont need DDR2-1066 RAM.
DDR2-800 RAM is perfectly fine and many DDR2-800 RAM modules will OC up to and/or past DDR2-1066.
Why not look at the 2 x 1GB of Crucial Ballistix, Buffalo Firestix or G Skill (Black heatspreaders) of DDR2-800 RAM.
All of these RAMs use Micron D9 chips and OC up to (if not past) DDR2-1066 RAM.
Plus they are much cheaper and better RAM.

They are so cheap. You would be a fool not to buy them.

I have the kit, and have had it up to 1100Mhz 5-5-5-15 on 2.3v, before my cpu gave up running at the volts I had it at. Didn't try to go any further tho. CPU heat was becoming an issue. I've also run it at 920 4-4-3-5 with 2.2v, 10hrs Orthos stable. Again, the cpu was the limiting factor here. Brisbane due in tomorrow, so maybe I'll actually hit the ram's limits this time. lol
